I faced significant issues during check-in. The receptionist was unhelpful, insisting I pre-check in online even after I explained my struggles with the system. This was incredibly frustrating, particularly since I felt neglected during the process with no personal assistance available.

The King Room was clean and cozy, making it a nice spot for a couple's retreat. However, the walls are quite thin, which led to noticeable noise from neighboring rooms. While the location is fantastic for beach access, the lack of daily housekeeping was a downside during our stay.

So, the location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for the kids! Plus, the free trolleys make getting around easy without breaking the bank.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

The King Room was cozy and clean, perfect for a couple. We loved the close proximity to amazing eateries like Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill and Sweet Liberty Drinks & Supply Company. The fact that we didn't need a hotel key for beach access was a major win!

Well, I tell ya, my stay was kinda mixed. The bed was real comfy, and the location made it easy to stroll down to the beach. But I gotta say, I was hopin’ for a clean room more often, and the noise from the neighbors? Almost made me jump outta my skin!

This hotel was just a prime choice for a weekend escape in Miami Beach with exceptional value. I appreciated the relaxing vibe of the pool area where I chillaxed after a long day. Make sure to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
